In 2011, DIT acquired Integral Business Solutions (IBS), a company focused on information security services – specifically identity, access, and fraud management – for clients in the financial, healthcare, and higher education segments.

In 2014, DIT completed the acquisition of Clango Group, Inc., to enhance its capabilities in the areas of Identity and Access Management (IAM) Advisory Services, Access Governance, and Risk Management.

Our Philosophy

We take an identity-centric approach to cybersecurity because every threat, at its core, is an exploitation of identity. If the identities within your organization are managed effectively, your cybersecurity program will be successful. It is important to recognize that successful identity management is not a project, it is a discipline. One which must be nurtured and practiced every day.
